A Powder Coating Shop Set Up for Volume
Our line is a batch operation: rolling racks, multiple powder booths and a large cure oven. That setup lets us move a high count of small parts through in a day, and still take the long frames, cabinets and weldments that do not fit on a conveyor.
Throughput depends on the part. Small brackets that need no masking can run at 2,000 or more a day. A large cabinet, or a part with an hour of masking on it, runs far fewer. Send the drawing and the quantity, and we will tell you honestly what a run takes.

Prep, mask, coat
Degrease or multi-stage wash, outgas pre-bake when needed, masking and plugging, then powder or liquid application and cure.

Pack and deliver
Parts come back packed for your floor. Screen printing and blasting are coordinated through our partners on the same job.

Our shop is at 4205 High Country Road on the north side of Colorado Springs. Local customers drop off and pick up. For production runs from the Denver metro and southern Colorado we arrange pickup and delivery per job, and we work with freight for anything farther.
